I hereby register my boat for the 2011 Governor’s cup regatta. I assume all risk

of accident and expressly agree that the club, its officers, agents and /or employees shall

not be liable under any circumstances, for any loss or injury to participants, guest , and others or for the loss or damage to any yacht and the undersigned hereby further agrees to indemnify and hold the club, its officers, gents, and/or employees free and harmless under, from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, attorney’s fees, and liability of any kind  or nature  whatsoever growing out of or resulting  from participation in races, cruises or any activities sponsored by the Long Bay Association.

 

Boat entrée fee :        $30 for member and non-members of LBSA that have not pay their                                    annual dues.

Late fees (after 6/16/11 18.00pm) $40
